Our new Blow Off Valve kit is quickly becoming
one of our top selling upgrades for the RX7 twin turbo, Our new
design incorporates a full 1" discharge port which helps keep your
turbo's spooled longer between shifts as well as improving boost
response time, it is a vast improvement over the stock part
which only has a small discharge port (5/8"). Another benefit from
our kit is better surge protection and reduced thrust loading which
has proven to lengthen turbo bearing life. Most original vales are
12-15 years old and not working properly, many heat cycles causes
the diaphragm to harden and impair valve operation as well as
response time. The new Pettit BOV is completely CNC machined from
billet aluminum and utilizes dual o-ring’s to seal the piston (No
diaphragm to fail like the stock part) Our kit is a direct
replacement for the stock inefficient plastic Valve and installs in
well under 30 min. Finished in black hard anodizing. Lifetime

TKT Base Performance Package. Our kit is designed
to optimize the dynamics of the stock sequential turbo system,
resulting in exhilarating performance without compromising
drivability or reliability. This base system is perfect for those
enthusiasts who drive daily and need solid reliable performance. Our
kit requires no modifications to the engine, turbos, computer, or
emissions system. The complete kit includes our TKT Cold Air
Induction System, Stainless Catback Exhaust, and Power Pulley
System. It bolts on in a few hours with our simple instructions and
ordinary hand tools, producing a professional installation. This is
also the ideal starting point for further engine performance
upgrades.
Outstanding
design features of our Cold Air Induction include the V-duct system
that feeds both turbos cool outside air from the front nose opening
instead of robbing air from the intercooler or just taking in hot
air from the engine compartment, both of which are common with most
other systems. Our unique EAM manifold helps maximize intake
velocity and flow by eliminating turbulence in the main intake
tract. This is accomplished by removing air pump & BOV intrusions
from the main intake tract and connecting them to the EAM manifold
with a separate filter. We supply two big K&N air filters; one per
turbo and a 3rd smaller one for the EAM. Another simple
design is the ICD Cover Kit; it provides a 30% gain to the stock
intercooler’s efficiency. This is accomplished by taking the cool
air that was originally used to feed the stock air box (or in many
cases it is just left open to be wasted) and redirects it into the
Intercooler, this further drops charge temperatures, providing a
cooler more dense charge. This basic design was adopted by Mazda and
is standard on all ’98 and later RX7’s.
